These Terms of Service will be revised effective November 9, 2026. (Announced: October 9, 2026)
Summary of changes
- A new chapter on Paid Services, payment and refunds (Chapter 5) is added, specifying automatic renewal of subscriptions, notice of scheduled payments, free trials, app marketplace payments, withdrawal of applications, cancellation, and the basis for calculating refunds.
- Cancellation stops automatic renewal, and the Member continues to use the service until the end of the usage period already paid for. A refund for the remaining period applies within the period for withdrawal of the application or in the case of immediate withdrawal (prorated by day based on the amount actually paid, less 10%; within 7 days of payment, only an amount equivalent to the payment processing fee (3.6%) is deducted instead of the 10%).
- The free trial is provided only once per identity-verified mobile phone number.
- A new chapter on membership withdrawal (Chapter 6) is added, specifying immediate withdrawal and scheduled withdrawal and the handling of information upon membership withdrawal.
- The governing law is changed to Japanese law, and the court of agreed jurisdiction for the first instance is changed to the Tokyo District Court and the Tokyo Summary Court. The articles on general provisions, obligations and disclaimers are aligned with the content of the Korean version of the terms, and the method of storing call recordings (encrypted storage on servers) and the matters individually notified to Members are revised to match the current service.
